While working as a firefighter back in 2014, I wanted a horizontal carry leatherman case to work with my duty belt. But there was a problem... I didn’t like how the traditional leatherman cases were perpendicular to your belt and would jab you in the side. After searching around for something with no luck, I decided to make my way down to the local leather craft store and purchase some tools and supplies to see if I could try my hand in making one myself. One thing led to another and BP Leather was born.
Since then, I have crafted hundreds of custom leather products for firefighters, such as helmet shields, bunker belts, suspenders, and more. I put a tremendous amount of time and effort into the designs of my products and stand by them 100%.

Our standard lead times range anywhere from 2-6 months. Because I'm on the job full time, a devoted family man, and juggling fire season and force hires, it is difficult for me to give more precise lead times. What I can say is that we are extremely blessed by the understanding and support from the community and always do our best to get orders out as soon as possible.
